Meloney Hyatt, the founder has over 15 years of international leadership experience across the UK and UAE, Meloney has built and led high-performing People & Culture functions across multi-site and multi-country organisations.
She has advised boards and senior government stakeholders on workforce strategy, governance and organisational readiness, guiding organisations through growth, transformation and cultural evolution. Her leadership has delivered award-winning engagement outcomes, Great Place to Work recognition, and enterprise-wide workforce and digital transformation initiatives.
Meloney holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is an Associate CIPD member.
